PS-MAPP Class

Partnering for Permanence and Safety: Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting (PS-MAPP) is a 10-week series of foster parent training courses. It helps families make an informed decision about becoming a foster or adoptive family by preparing them for many aspects of the experience, including working with children who have been abused and neglected, partnering with birth families, and learning how to work with a team for the best interest of a child. You must be approved to attend class by your LSI Foster Care and Adoption worker before being assigned to a class. You will receive a letter with the specific date, time, and location for your assigned PS-MAPP classes. Questions? Call 844.574.7787.
