If you ask Terrell what kind of a family he would like, his response is that he would like a mom and a dad that are nice.  That’s exactly what this outgoing, considerate child deserves.  Terrell enjoys watching movies, playing his Nintendo DS or other video games as well as singing and dancing.  He is very inquisitive and asks a lot of questions.  He’s generally a happy child and is helpful to others. 

Terrell continues to work through anger management issues and making good choices.  He does well in the specialized school he attends and benefits from an Individualized Education Program and speech therapy.  The family that adopts Terrell will need to be very patient as well as structured and consistent.  Knowledge of or a willingness to learn about raising a child with developmental delays and mild visual impairment will be important.
