Poet is an outgoing child who is easy to talk to and be with.  He really likes animals, especially cats, and would like to be a veterinarian someday.  He enjoys playing Gameboy, Nintendo, Scrabble and building with Legos.  He likes pizza, spaghetti and Chinese food.  Poet is on target at school, but will need some help.

Poet would like a family who has pets, says prayers with him and hugs him a lot.

A family with extensive experience with Reactive Attachment Disorder will be necessary for Poet's success.   They will need to be able to devote a lot on one-on-one time with Poet.  Because of this, he should probably be the youngest child in the home.  The adults in the family should be a strong team and have a lot of support.  He has made great strides, but will need to continue with therapy and will benefit from involved professionals.
