Group Training: From Frustration to Compassion

Group Training: From Frustration to Compassion

We will explore why children sometimes struggle by looking at the differences between children who receive optimal development and children who experience complex developmental trauma. Understanding the child is fundamental. If we don’t understand the child, we won’t know best how to help them. One of the goals for the first month is to help parents move from a place of frustration to compassion by helping them understand the child in their care. Once this shift happens, parents will be more open to embracing a connected style of parenting — and this is where true healing begins.

Approved for two hours of group credit.
